Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are returned in their original protective packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Package Your Florals
Carefully place the items in their original box with all protective inserts to prevent damage to the delicate petals during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the greenery, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
